The Spring is here!!! The time to drop your jacket. So, before being undressed, it is essential to prepare your skin. First, because it is unthinkable to show your crocodile skin and then, because it is so much more appreciable to have a soft and velvety skin. For this, you need to have the good gestures which take only few minutes a day.
Tip N°1 : scrub your skin
I can say this is not my favorite moment, but it really worth it. I use the Yves Rocher botabical scrub. Made up of apricot kernel powder, saro essential oil and agave sap, this scrub kindly exfoliates, purifies and moisturizes the skin. For more efficiency, you can use an exfoliating glove. (Yves Rocher Hammam glove). Scrubing consists in rubbing the skin under the shower 1 to 2 times a week.
Tip N°2 : Moisturize your skin
It could seem obvious but moisturizing your skin every morning and evening is not nessecarily a reflex for all of us (I include myself in it). With the rush of the morning and the laziness of the evening, it is quickly to leave the skin died. But the way we deal with our body has consequences on the way it is aging. Then to stay young and tonic, moisturize your skin every day. Take that moment to massage your body, while insisting on the legs to make easier the blood circulation and reduce the orange-peel effect. I use the Yves Rocher 3 in 1 nourishing lotion. Made up of sweet almond oil and organic shea butter, it nourishes, smoothes and protects the skin without makes it sticky. For an instantly velvety skin!
Tip N°3 : drink a lot of water
Our body is made up of 70% of water. So, you need to renew it thanks to a daily supply (on average 1,5L a day). Water would have anti-acneic virtues. Actually, drink enought water everyday, enables the body to eliminate toxins throught the kidneys and urine. Then, the toxins dont need to find another way, which is often throughout the skin, and then responsible of spots. Other people, like in the Asian culture, would give it anti-wrinkles virtues. Water is also known for allowing the drainage and reduces cellulite.
In conclusion, no pain, no gain!!! Like the practice of sport. To get results, you need to create good habits which, in a short or long term, will have noticeable benefits on your body and your mental. Because is youre good in your body, you regain self-confidence and radiate beauty.
